In order to schedule a mediation or facilitation, please send an email to conflictresolution@utah.edu with the following information:

• Indicate that you are interested in mediation services.
• List your name and contact information;
• List the names and contact information (to the extent known) of others involved in the dispute;

• Describe the dispute in whatever detail you are comfortable with.

Please know that all written and oral communication will be held in the strictest confidence.

If you have questions, please feel free to email those to conflictresolution@utah.edu or call (801) 581-6889 to talk to a UUCRS staff member. Messages are checked at least once a day.
